Painting continues. Rest of foundation and lattice board will also be painted grey to match deck. Red seemed like the only appropriate door color to pair with the existing yellow/green exterior color scheme. New programmable thermostat added.

Back of the house is sealed up ready for some pressure washing. Painting is almost complete. Built-in cabinets in bedroom 3 were a great touch we are cleaning, painting and leaving in.

New “Madura Gold” laminate countertops are in. Extended the lip on the bar top 3 inches to maximize as much countertop space as possible.

Definitely biggest day as far as visual progress. New roof installed and obtrusive tree removed.

Roof Leak & Interior Moisture came from old back roof vents as you can see the difference in the front and back of the house after shingles were removed. There was also no roof flashing installed and one of several layers of shingle angled behind vinyl @ rear of property, slowly water logging and ruining the wall system below.

House finally has street visibility after taking out tree, Framing: house wrapping continues .

Framing of the new rear wall begins. Starting of demolition in bedroom 3 removing dry wall to assess amount of water damage . Shingles delivered, roof will begin tomorrow.

Demolition of back wall, water damage compromised the entire wall system. Termite inspection conducted again by pest control company to confirm we are in the clear. (Second Inspection OpInion)
